"We were not told beforehand how filling a claim because of a pothole would affect our premiums, end our discount, and be on my record as an at fault accident when we talked to Brynn or we would not have done it. Now that our bill is over $100 more a month than it used to be, we called to ask why that information was not shared with us beforehand and Landon told my wife that he hates to say it but it’s common sense. When my wife asked who she could talk to that is over Brynn about the issue he laughed and told her that Brynn IS the owner. When talking to Brynn this week and the other staff member we were told unfortunately that’s how it is. We have filed a complaint since the law requires agents to inform you of how a claim could impact your premiums and/or discounts and that information was withheld from us."
